You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Financial Advice

The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information or insights generated by the App should not be considered professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Data and Accuracy

The App relies on information you provide. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of calculations
• The completeness of data
• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

You acknowledge that financial data and reports may contain inaccuracies.

4. Data Storage and Sync

Your data is stored:

• Locally on your device
• In your iCloud account (if enabled via CloudKit)

We do not store your data on our own servers and do not have direct access to your personal iCloud data.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and device.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions handled by Apple via StoreKit.

• Payments are processed by Apple.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for:

• The content of advertisements
• The accuracy of advertised products or services

Interactions with ads are at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Data loss
• Business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
