End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security

3. Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App, only a license to use it.

4. Data Usage

The App allows you to input and store financial information.

• Data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud account via CloudKit.
• We do not store your data on our own servers.
• We do not have direct access to your iCloud data.

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your data.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may include paid features offered through Apple's StoreKit.

• Payments are processed by Apple.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

We do not access or store your payment information.

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for:

• The content or accuracy of advertisements
• Any transactions or interactions with advertisers

7. No Financial Advice

The App is intended for informational purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data or calculations will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services including:

• Apple CloudKit (data synchronization)
• Apple StoreKit (in-app purchases)
• Google AdMob (advertising)

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
